Palm Beach to Maitland Bay... and hopefully back

Palm Beach to Maitlnad Bay

We will meet at Palm Beach at 9.30AM to be paddling at 10AM.

It is a surf and swimmers launching site so be prepared.

Skills of grade 2 and up.

We will paddle north to Maitlan Bay, rest and paddle back.

Expect to be back around 3pm.

It is 11km as the crow flies but paddling will be more like 13km each leg. Total around 25km. We will aim to have a pace above 5km/h.

We start from an ocean beach, helmets required and a minimal experience on launching into surf required.
